Refund policy
- Only in the event of rain and bad weather conditions will a cruise be postponed or rescheduled.
- If a postponement or reschedule is not suitable for guests due to their travel schedule we will arrange a refund.
- A 10% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your booking for reasons not related to weather conditions.
- A no show without prior communication will be considered a cancellation and no refunds will be given
- Late arrivals on daily charters will be considered a cancellation. If it is possible for us to accommodate you on another time slot we will endeavor to do so. If it is not possible due to non-availability unfortunately refunds will not be given.
